Everything you should know about Connect PD — from security and pricing to technical details. Straight to the point, without the marketing speak.
Connect PD is a Swiss platform for managing personal data. You report a change — a new address, phone number or email, for example — once, in one place, and we notify connected companies automatically using processes aligned with Swiss data protection requirements.
For private individuals in Switzerland who no longer want to chase after every provider one by one — and for companies that want to get rid of outdated customer data. Both sides benefit from the same network.
Connect PD is currently available in Switzerland. Core platform and stored data are located in the Supabase project region in Zurich; the privacy policy describes external services. Expansion into the DACH region is planned for the medium term.
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest within the platform. Core platform and stored data are located in the Supabase project region in Zurich; external services are listed in the privacy policy. Security-relevant changes, approvals and delivery events are logged. No advertising trackers and no sale of data.
The technical and organisational measures are aligned with the requirements of the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP). External and legal review is still pending. Information on consent, access, correction and deletion is available in the privacy policy.
Companies you explicitly authorise receive the data required for the relevant process. Connect PD and contracted processors process data where necessary for operation, support, security or delivery. Connect PD does not sell your data or use it for marketing; each authorisation can be revoked individually.
If a data security breach occurs, we promptly assess its scope and risk. Under Article 24 FADP, we notify the FDPIC as soon as possible where the breach is likely to pose a high risk to personality or fundamental rights; affected individuals are informed where necessary for their protection or when required by the FDPIC.
Use is free for private individuals. You create a profile, keep your data up to date and control which company learns what — no subscription, no hidden fees.
Price, term, scope and any additional services are set out in a written offer before the pilot starts. Details are available on the “For companies” page.
That depends on the selected pilot scope. Term, any minimum quantities, cancellation and an SLA apply only as agreed in the individual offer.
We are currently launching with the first companies in Switzerland. Would you like to be among the first? Write to us at business@connectpd.ch — we personally guide early adopters through onboarding.
The timeline depends on scope, data flows and the security review. The business portal is the standard access; additional integrations and dates are expressly agreed in the offer.
Integrations are provided only when they are expressly included in the offer after technical and security review. The business portal is the standard access.
The business portal provides the agreed data in a structured form. Additional formats, interfaces and security requirements are defined for each project.
Every change goes through a multi-stage verification process: Connect PD Verify checks the identity (official ID document, AI-based authenticity check, optional NFC chip reading), and sensitive changes are additionally confirmed via a second channel. Companies only ever receive validated data.
Write to us directly with your question. For a business pilot enquiry, we will clarify the workflow, scope and next steps together.
