Frequently asked questions
What data is transmitted to companies?add
Only the data you explicitly select and authorise. Connect PD uses a consent-based model — you decide which fields which organisations receive. Nothing is shared without your active confirmation.
How long does an address change take?add
Timing depends on the change, delivery channel and recipient. The portal distinguishes delivery status from processing by the company.
Is the service free for private individuals?add
Yes — Connect PD is free for private individuals. Business customers use Connect PD under a written offer agreed in advance. You never pay to update your own data.
Which companies are connected to the platform?add
You can search for Swiss companies in the Connect PD directory. Before sending a notification, check the recipients and delivery channels available in the portal. A directory entry proves neither a partnership nor a technical integration.
How secure are my account and data?add
Core platform and stored data are located in the Supabase project region in Zurich; external services are listed in the privacy policy. More details can be found on our security page.
